I’m proud to welcome you all to the very first semester of Rayobyte University, a “prestigious” “institution” of “higher” “learning”. I’m setting out on this mission with three distinct goals:

1. Create the first and only series of high-quality lectures dedicated to explaining web scraping
2. Allow people to certify themselves to prove their web scraping expertise
3. Make it available for free

Unfortunately, due to the incompetence of my various underlings and a parade of highly caffeinated “guest lecturers”, what I’d hoped would be a serious series of dry, boring videos explaining the ins and outs of technical information with zero additional flavor seems to be instead turning into a vibrant community of thinkers and doers, expressing themselves creatively in extremely watchable and even - brace yourself - humorous fashion.

You can see our very first video for yourself below, and gawk as Professors Emeigh and Vauchelles make an absolute mockery of me and my very serious, very real accredited university. If you can tolerate watching interesting, knowledgeable people having fun for extended periods of time, you might manage to come away with something resembling an education.
