What is a residential proxy?

A residential proxy sends your request through a real home device, so the website sees a residential IP address instead of a server. Premium Residential uses devices whose owners opted in, and lets you choose each request’s country, city, ZIP code or network.

What is the difference between Scale and Premium Residential?

Both run on the same consent-sourced residential network, and both support sticky sessions. Scale Residential costs $0.0150/GB on the $100 monthly plan, down to $0.0095/GB on the $5,000 plan, with no targeting, and is sold to verified businesses after a compliance review. Premium Residential adds country, city, ZIP code and ASN targeting, SOCKS5 and UDP, and pay as you go at $0.70 to $3.50/GB, or $0.50/GB through sales.

How do I target a city?

Pick the country, state and city for each request, and narrow further to a ZIP code or network if you need to. City targeting lists the city names the network accepts.

How long can I keep the same IP?

Up to 120 minutes, with a sticky session. A residential IP belongs to a real device, so it can still drop off sooner, and your scraper should then retry with a new session.

Do you support SOCKS5 and UDP?

Yes: SOCKS5, SOCKS5 UDP and HTTP/3, as well as HTTP and HTTPS.

Where do your residential IPs come from?

From people who opted in through an app, on a consent screen, with a visible opt-out. We block banks, government sites, login pages and any site that reports abuse, for every customer.
