Our current time to process requests and return records is approximately 10 business days.

Submission Requirements

Requests submitted for our review must meet the following legal requirements:

• Must be addressed to Rayobyte.
• Must be a typed official document bearing the logo of the requestor.
• Must be signed by an agent or court officer with the authority to issue compulsory orders.

All requests should include

• Requester’s name, department, street.
• As much information about the subject as possible.

When possible, provide as much information about our network as possible, such as: the IP address(es) that caused harm, timestamps of the records, offended target website, and an explanation of what happened.

• Exactly what information is required and how it pertains to Rayobyte and your investigation.
