Submission Requirements
Requests submitted for our review must meet the following legal requirements:
Must be addressed to Rayobyte.
Must be a typed official document bearing the logo of the requestor.
Must be signed by an agent or court officer with the authority to issue compulsory orders.
All requests should include
Requester’s name, department, street.
As much information about the subject as possible.
When possible, provide as much information about our network as possible, such as: the IP address(es) that caused harm, timestamps of the records, offended target website, and an explanation of what happened.
