The standard rate is $0.0018/request, charged only for successful requests, up to 500k requests. From 500k requests, sales sets a committed rate for your monthly volume, from $0.00004/request.

Per GB, like a proxy, and only for successful requests: $6/GB up to 10 GB, down to $2.50/GB at 501 to 1,000 GB. For more than 1,000 GB a month, sales sets a custom plan. The Web Unblocker page lists every band.

Static IPs come with unlimited bandwidth*: you pay per IP a month, and the traffic through them is not metered. Section 13 of the terms of service defines excessive use.
