Both run on the same consent-sourced residential network, and both support sticky sessions. Scale Residential costs $0.0150/GB on the $100 monthly plan, down to $0.0095/GB on the $5,000 plan, with no targeting, and is sold to verified businesses after a compliance review. Premium Residential adds country, city, ZIP code and ASN targeting, SOCKS5 and UDP on approval, and pay as you go at $0.70 to $3.50/GB, or $0.50/GB through sales. HTTP/3 Proxies run on the same residential network, at Premium Residential prices.

They are the two tiers of each product. Scale is monthly, with the lowest rates, down to $0.0085/GB on Rotating ISP and $0.0080/GB on Rotating Datacenter on the $5,000/mo plan, and it excludes premium domains. You can buy the $100 and $500 plans in the dashboard by card or PayPal, and sales sets up the $1,500 and $5,000 plans. Premium is self-serve pay as you go, down to $2.50/GB on Rotating ISP and $0.23/GB on Rotating Datacenter, and it includes premium domains. Both tiers are separate from Scale Residential and Premium Residential, which are their own products.

Premium domains are the top ~1,000 websites on the internet. A premium domain includes www and all its other subdomains, and every top-level and country domain, so example.com also covers shop.example.com, example.net and example.de. A monthly plan gets the lowest price per gigabyte, and the rate falls as the plan grows: Scale Residential and the Rotating ISP and Rotating Datacenter Scale plans reach their lowest published rates on the $5,000/mo plan. Pay as you go has no commitment: you buy bandwidth when you need it, and the price per gigabyte falls as the order grows. On Rotating ISP and Rotating Datacenter, the Scale tier is monthly and excludes premium domains, and the Premium tier is pay as you go, self-serve, and includes them. Premium Residential is pay as you go, with monthly plans through sales; Scale Residential and Mobile are sold on monthly plans only. One account can use both.

On Scale Residential plans, the plan size sets how many requests you can have open at once. A $100/mo plan runs 100 concurrent requests, and a $5,000/mo plan runs 5,000.

On Rotating ISP and Rotating Datacenter Premium pay as you go, yes. Scale Residential isn't available for resale, and its FAQ explains why. Rotating ISP and Rotating Datacenter Scale plans are priced for teams that use the proxies themselves. To resell at monthly volume, get a custom quote from sales.

The standard rate is $0.0018/request, charged only for successful requests, up to 500k requests. From 500k requests, sales sets a committed rate for your monthly volume, from $0.00004/request.

Per GB, like a proxy, and only for successful requests: $6/GB up to 10 GB, down to $2.50/GB at 501 to 1,000 GB. For more than 1,000 GB a month, sales sets a custom plan. The Web Unblocker page lists every band.

Static IPs come with unlimited bandwidth*: you pay per IP a month, and the traffic through them is not metered. Section 13 of the terms of service defines excessive use.

Every account includes 5 concurrent browsers and 48 free browser hours, a lifetime total rather than a monthly allowance. To raise either limit, contact sales.
