As a Technical Account Manager, I ensure that our customers receive the correct proxy setup and that it functions exactly as they require. I know the ins and outs of IP types, geo coverage, ASN reputation, and traffic use cases, but what really matters to me is making things simple, clear, and effective for our clients.I’m all about building strong relationships, finding solutions that actually solve problems, and making sure our customers feel heard and supported. I enjoy working side by side with clients to create success stories and show the real impact of the technology we deliver.
