The Bloodhound’s Fang is a solid early choice – you get it by beating the Bloodhound Knight in the Limgrave Evergaol. It scales well with dex/strength, doesn’t need a complicated build, and has good bleed buildup. If you prefer something faster, the Uchigatana is free from the Deathtouched Catacombs and works well with a pure dex build.
