### Is Web Unblocker a residential proxy?

No. A residential proxy connects you through an IP you choose and leaves the rest to you. Web Unblocker chooses the IP, renders the page and retries for you, then returns the finished page. If you want to choose the IP yourself, use [Premium Residential](/products/residential-proxies/).

### How is it billed?

Per GB, like a proxy, and only for successful requests: $6/GB up to 10 GB, $5/GB for 11 to 25 GB, $4/GB for 26 to 100 GB, $3.50/GB for 101 to 250 GB, $3/GB for 251 to 500 GB and $2.50/GB for 501 to 1,000 GB. ### Does Web Unblocker decrypt HTTPS?

Yes. It terminates TLS so it can fetch, render and retry the page for you, which is also why it carries web pages over HTTP and HTTPS only. Our proxies pass HTTPS through as a tunnel we never decrypt.

### Do I get parsed data?

No. You get the page as HTML, the way the site served it.
