Hi, I am Michele, and I am the Customer Success Director at Rayobyte.

She is the driving force behind hiring and leading the CS and AM teams, guiding them through pipeline reviews, resolving challenges, and training, while expertly managing high-touch customers, negotiating contracts, overseeing billing and ensuring renewal success and minimized churn, all with smooth sales processes.

- I believe that I am very approachable, which is why I’ve almost always worked in customer-facing roles
- I believe in full transparency and am pretty open about any topic you ask me about, maybe to a fault sometimes!
- I think efficiency is a strength I have, in particular in my personal life as you have to balance a lot of things being a working mom
