Hi, I am Marlena, and I am HR Director at Rayobyte.

## **My role at the company:**

I am the orchestrator of office administration, managing systems access, budgeting, and vendor relationships. I create a strategic roadmap for process improvements, oversee project management from start to finish, and ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience for team members. I also manage the recruitment process and partner with our HR Consultant on key initiatives like performance management, career pathing, wellness programs, and employee engagement!
